I wonder if american wizards have the same weird relationship with european wizards that muggle americans have with muggle europens.

Do we think American wizards are constantly shouting that they should have the right to practice the unforgivable curses because freedom?

Do we think American wizards have a sport called Quidditch that’s really not at all like Quidditch?

American Quidditch is called Quodpot and at the end of the game the quod (quaffle) explodes. Honest to god JK wrote this.

This is what I get for speculating before actually reading up on canon.
